On July 11, 18 Virginia General Assembly representatives (4 Senators and 14 Delegates) sent a letter to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission asking FERC to “issue a stop work order and suspend the Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity while it reassesses the need for the proposed Atlantic Coast Pipeline (ACP).”
