On April 21, we’re joining area nonprofits in the Great Community Give, a virtual day of giving back to this place we call home, hosted by the Harrisonburg-Rockingham Community Foundation.

By supporting Alliance for the Shenandoah Valley in the Great Community Give, you’re showing your support for clean water, working agricultural lands, thriving communities and the awe-inspiring viewsheds and recreational opportunities you cherish in the heart of the Valley.
This year, we’re very excited to be raffling off an adventure of your choice led by Wild GUYde Adventures – for every $10 contributed to the Alliance for the Great Community Give, you’ll receive one entry to win a half-day guided paddle, climbing or caving adventure.
So, starting right now, there are two ways you can support Alliance for the Shenandoah Valley in the Great Community Give:
You can set up a personal fundraising page for the Alliance to share with your friends and family. We’ve made a video to show you how here. Not only does setting up your own fundraiser help us to have a successful day, but it will also help us meet more people like you to call on when it’s time to speak up for conservation in Harrisonburg and Rockingham. PLUS for every $10 donated to your fundraiser, you AND the donor will get one entry for the Wild GUYde adventure.
You can contribute! You can start giving today by mailing us a check OR you can give online here anytime leading up to the official event on April 21 6:30am – 8:00pm, where more folks supporting the Alliance gets us opportunities to win ‘bonuses’ throughout the day.
