Erin was born and raised in Rockingham County and loves our beautiful surroundings here in the Shenandoah Valley. She spent some time in Richmond, getting a taste of city life, but ultimately returned to Harrisonburg to attend James Madison University for a degree in Dietetics. Now her passions lie in promoting local foods and agriculture and helping to enhance and protect water quality and preserve natural resources through her work. In her free time, Erin enjoys cycling, hiking and exploring local parks and forests with her husband, daughter and son.
