Thomas Lockhart, a Warren County native, lives on the land his ancestors came to in the mid-1700s. On this property, subject to a Virginia Outdoors Foundation Easement, he operates a beef cattle operation and campsites. Tom served on the board of Scenic 340 Project, and was instrumental in establishing its revolving loan fund, which served as a template for the Shenandoah Valley Fund.
