Rollin has more than 16 years of experience in strategic planning, program management, and community relations. He is currently the Co-Principal of Kensington Strickland Group, LLC a consulting firm based in the Shenandoah Valley. His career and work have been dedicated to deepening the impact of people, universities, and other organizations within their communities. Rollin holds an MBA from The Scott L. Carmona College of Business at Saginaw Valley State University and a Master of Public Administration from James Madison University. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Strategic Leadership at James Madison University.
