Bryce is a native of Rockingham County and has grown up enjoying its forests and public lands. Bryce graduated with a bachelor’s in Environmental Sustainability from Eastern Mennonite University with a focus on conservation biology. After graduating, Bryce traveled the country working for the National Park Service and the US Forest Service on a variety of wildlife conservation issues and endangered species preservation projects. Bryce is passionate about natural resource conservation as a whole and has decided to settle back into the community that is most important to him to help protect its vital resources through his work. In his free time, Bryce enjoys hiking, backpacking, cycling, and supporting local music in Harrisonburg and the Shenandoah Valley.
