David joined the Alliance team in the Spring of 2020 after completing his Masters of Urban and Environmental Planning at the University of Virginia. Originally from outside of Baltimore, Maryland, he has previously worked with organizations serving those experiencing homelessness and for electoral campaigns in Virginia.
